boldin to eagles?

first off i'm a huge eagles fan. secondly, there is no foundation to this speculation.

so, drew rosenhaus represents 2 very disgruntled players, lito sheppard and anquan boldin. boldin has stated that he would like to be traded and that he will not resign w/ ari. lito has said that he wants a new contract or a trade, he's not getting a new contract, so that leaves a trade. i love the idea of rosenhaus hooking up a trade between phi and ari to swap these guys. phi could throw in a 2nd round pick no problem to make it happen. boldin on the eagles would be a top 5 wr and we would be serious super bowl contenders. we can all dream can't we?

ESPN Radio reports rumors are starting to circulate that the Arizona Cardinals are considering a trade in which they would send disgruntled WR Anquan Boldin to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for unhappy CB Lito Sheppard.

Take it for what it's worth. I would LOVE for it to happen, personally.

I have my doubts, but if we could get Boldin, that would be just so awesome. Remember where we got the last time we had an elite wide receiver? The Super Bowl.

This actually would make a lot of sense for both sides assuming the Eagles have the cap room to give Boldin the new deal he would demand.

I don't see Philly giving Boldin a new contract with big $$$. Isn't that the crux of Boldin's beef with Arizona? Money, not location/team?

Yeah, he said he wouldn't re-sign because he was promised a new deal this offseason and didn't get it.
