Panthers (6-2) win 24-13. Larry = 7 catches, 150 yds and a TD. Sets NCAA record for most consecutive games with a TD (14) and he's only a sophomore. Next week, Va Tech at home.

He is a college WR that plays for Pitt. He is saying it's someone to keep your eyes out for next year.
That's my two cents and it's worth every penny of it!

My boy from Pitt is always raving about him. Swears he is the second best WR in the country next to Randy Moss.

Isn't there a NFL rule stating that only players of junior standing can enter draft? Wasn't that one of the issues with Maurice Clarett? If I am wrong on this, then Larry Fitz is definitely one player to look for in next year's draft.

Fitzgerald cannot enter the NFL draft next year because he is a TRUE Sophomore. He already is a MAN among boys.Next year wont even be funny.I too believe he is one of the best WRs on the planet. So in your 2005 FF drafts go ahead and take a shot at him.ROFL

You can enter the draft three years after a HS graduation. Fitzgerald wasn't redshirted, so this is only his second year.

...I think that's how it works. :-?

Anyhoo, from what I've seen of Fitzgerald, he's decent. He's no Reggie Williams though... Argh. Nevermind.

There's going to be a lot of good WRs in the next two NFL drafts...

I heard Fitz wants to go to Minnesota since his hometown is Minneapolis. Is this true? I hope he does, that would be sweet, the top 2 WRs on the same team.
