Questions on my 6 team league--draft strategy/Scoring

I joined a yahoo custom 6 team league with the following roster requirements:
QB, QB, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, RB, W/R, W/R, K, DEF, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN

There wasn't much info on the league site, so does this mean each week I start THAT many players?? I've never been in a league with that many players starting each week. The following is part of the scoring rules for the league:

Passing Yards (20 yards per point; 4 points at 400 yards)
Passing Touchdowns (6)
Interceptions (-1)
Rushing Yards (10 yards per point; 4 points at 200 yards)
Rushing Touchdowns (6)
Reception Yards (10 yards per point; 4 points at 200 yards)
Reception Touchdowns (6)
Everything else is pretty standard.

Knowing this much information...what should my draft strategy be??? I don't know my draft order yet. How would you draft in this type of league???

Since they list the Bench requirements separately, this sounds like your starting requirements. Given their are 3 starting RBs, I would probably make sure I draft 2 RBs in the 1st 3 rounds, depending on who is available.

You have over 1000 posts...how are you a beginner?

1st time playing in a league w/ 6 teams, multiple QBs and tons of WR/RBs. Figured this was the best thread to post my ??. Thanks for info.
