'06.

Pretty amazing since I have always been a huge football fan and always heard about fantasy and stuff, but never had friends that played so never got into it. I think I created an nfl.com account in 04 to try it out but never really did. Then in '06 I found the Cafe because one of my friends wanted to do a league with me so I was looking for info and the rest is history. :-b

That actually makes this your 11th year.

Mine was in 1999. I remember that Antonio Freeman was my first round pick followed by Faulk. When Testeverde and Stoney Case went down with injuries I subsequently picked up Kurt Warner. I think I also had Marcus Robinson and Charlie Garner and Wesley Walls. Somehow I managed to lose my first 6 games and barely missed making the playoffs at 5-6-2. The way things panned out had I got in I would have won. Since then I've made the playoffs 8 straight years in that league and managed to pick up 3 more leagues along the way.

Class of '03. Huge football fan and knew of fantasy but had no friends that played. Doing on-line research on Hi-def TVs and was invited to join a league. Google led me to the Cafe and I've been drinking a cuppa the Cafe's finest since.

I think, therefore I am. I think fantasy, therefore I am unreal?

Started playing in 1989 in high school. Had a friend that brought in a magazine called Fantasy Sports which told how to set up a league and we went from there. I remember adding up scores in the local newspaper every Monday to see if I pulled it out. Basic scoring back then. I don't remember much of my team except my QB was Boomer Esiason and I also had drafted a young rookie named Barry Sanders ;-D

1992 here, still have eight of the original ten. We moved to twelve teams ten or more years ago. Had so many people wanting to play we had to started another league.

I think i started back in the late 90's with just 4 friends in a league. Since we were only in high school, we just played for bragging rights. My first money league was in 2002.

'05 was first year and I started right at the same time as I started watching football seriously. I found the cafe via Google and I read the forums all summer in preparation for my first draft and luckily, I didn't screw up my first pick at managed to grab LT on my way to a championship that year.
