10 Team vs 12 Team: Any difference in draft strategy??

I've only drafted in 12 team league, and this year I will be doing a 10 Team H2H.
Is there any difference in draft strategy with 2 less teams?
Usually I don't bother taking a QB early, I make sure I get a couple RB's in the first 3 rounds, etc, etc....

Does anything change in a 10 Teamer?

The first few rounds are basically the same, it's the middle and later rounds that change a lot.

Someone that is taken in middle of the 6th round for a 12 teamer (pick 66) is going in the middle 7th for a 10 teamer.

Someone taken in the middle of the 8th round for a 12 teamer (pick 91) is going at the beginning of the 10th round for a 10 teamer.

Someone taken in the middle of the 10th round for a 12 teamer (pick 115) is going at the middle of the 12th round for a 10 teamer.

The easy way to look at it is depth is easier to come by in a 10 team league, so don't worry about finding good depth earlier on in the draft and get some good starters first.

I guess my main question is, should I be looking at WR a little earlier, since with only 10 teams there will be more RB options around than usual for my 3rd and 4th picks (even 5th round pick)?

I wouldn't change my draft strategies all that much. You pretty much should draft the same and like all other draft, just adjust as you go along. I really don't think the strategies change all that much.
