The Cafe...to me the greatest website ever, ever. It's even my homepage. And just seconds ago when I looked at the banner at the top of the screen I see an advertisement, not just any old advertisement, an advertisement that is the exact opposite of what I stand for in life. Peta!! Peta?!?!?! uggh, well I guess that's what I have to deal with in order to enjoy this place.
I've noticed an ad that directs people to a different fantasty site. While that seems like a conflict of interests to me, I've never been a webamster and I don't understand anything about how the ad packages are handled.
FFG, just eat some extra meat and maybe you'll forget all about that PETA ad.

I think we've brought this up quite a few times in the past, buuuuuut... An organization like PETA is necessary. I really believe it is. However, an organization loses credibility when they jump at every little opportunity to defend an animal that may or may not need defending. To jump onto any controversy without giving it a rational thought first. That's why PETA is scrutinized and ridiculed and not taken seriously anymore. I'd support PETA too...if they practiced only what their initials stood for. I mean, some of these lawsuits they file are just ridiculous and obviously more of an attempt for publicity than actually accomplishing anything. It just irks me to no end when people intentionally fight a battle they can't win so they can remain victims, while the real victims get neglected.

I made sure to have a nice big steak the two of the last three nights (one of which was absolutely phenomenal), I'm feeling better.
