reduce the size of the file to put into an AV. The pic I got is 261 kb need to reduce down to 6 kb. Prolly not possible and still have any definition but thought I would ask anyway just in case.

sounds like you have an animated GIF file ( a small movie ) for it to be that size. a simple response.....no its not possible to downsize those to the limits. if its just a standard picure that is just large...than yes...its easy to downsize. just post the picture here and ill do it for you
