ACTIVE player looking for dynasty league w/ contracts

Hello all, I'm a very active fantasy baseball and football player looking to join a Dynasty League that utilizes some kind of contract system. I would prefer to join a league that is just coming into its 1st year, but I would be willing to take over a team as well.
