Jake Delhomme

I was originally big on Jake Delhomme & down on Leinart. After last nights game, =Jake looks horrible. I will have to see how Leinart does on Sat.

I would be inclined to take Leinart now over Jake. 33 years old & Tommy John Surgery = Jake is done.

That's funny. I heard or read several opinions saying Delhomme looked sharp against the Eagles.

I think Delhomme is fine as long as he isn't your QB1. He could end up having a great year or end up being a disaster because the surgery didn't help. He is a wild card.

What are your thoughts on this guy? Think he's worthy of being a starting fantasy quarterback?

In our auction draft he went for the minium bid, with no competitors. I think that he's going to be a lock for top 10, so considering where he's being taken in redrafts, I think he's a total bargain/steal.

I am keeping Derek Anderson as one of my 3 keepers but am very nervous about this and want to draft Delhomme or trade for him as a back to Anderson or maybe get Anderson for Delhomme + a decent WR.

While I've read nothing but good things about his injury, it still scares me, considering I'm going into my dynasty with Bulger, Delhomme, and Aaron Rodgers as my QB. That is not a confidence booster at all. I'd like to trade out of the starting QB "depth" but I'm not even sure I can risk it!

It doesn't help that Delhomme is without Steve Smith for the first two games either. I like him as a nice sleeper for where he's going, but having him as your #1 has me sweating bullets!
