no. it's dash cam footage from some rural south texas town. it's a weird looking creature. from behind it looks like a dog. running on four legs. but laboriously. the cop says the front legs were considerably shorter than the hind legs. and they freeze frame it at one point when the animal turns its head. it looks like an aardvark or something strange. extremely long snout. bizarre. anyway, i thought the chupacabra was more of a walking upright troll type thing. i guess i was wrong, because they say this fits the description.
who knows. i'm sure it's all bogus.

I saw a report on these animals on the TV...actually I did, and if I remember correctly DNA evidence pointed to a K9/coyote mixed breed of some sort.

I only dog paddle...

And with mange I believe too. They've done a few of these on the MonsterQuest shows and they all ended up being a dog, though a uniquely bred dog.
