CBS Sportsline Pre-Ranking issues!

Does my commish need to set up the Draft Room (draft isn't until 9/3) in order for owners to rank players "overall" as opposed to just the positions? It's a new look this year and I can only pre-rank by position, kind of a pain in the a#@. It's in the Draft Prep queue, btw...
