Favre Jets Avatar

If someone would be so kind, my av is a bit outdated with Mr. Vilma currently residing in New Orleans. I'd love it if someone would fashion me a New York Jets Brett Favre avatar. Something simple, maybe similar to what I've got, but feel free to have fun with it.
