Looking for a PPR Keeper League

Ok, I'll try a new approach. I'm looking for a keeper league with an entry fee in the $50-80 range. I might be able to bump it to $100 if necessary. I'm really not interested in taking over an already established team, I guess I'm looking for a first year type of thing. I've been trying to get one going, but that hasn't worked thus far. I have over 20 years of fantasy football experience, and am looking for a draft league instead of an auction. PPR would be a plus and IDP is pretty much a no-go. Since I'm throwing out requests, an ideal league would have 12-14 teams and 2-3 starting RB and WR (or flex). I'm not interested in head coaches or anything like that either. Just the basics!
