Value of LT

Not sure if this is in the right forum, but I'll give it a shot. I'm 1 of 2 expansion teams in a, now, 12 team keeper league. My roster is full of slim pickins, minus LT. I was able to pick him up because somone paid $49 for him last year and needed cap room. Standard scoring league.

My question is, what is his value for trades. My WR are junk right now with:

Bobby Engram
Javon Walker
Andre Davis
Darrell Jackson
Antwan Randel-El
Sidney Rice
Devin Thomas

My RB situation isn't much better:

LT
LJ
Bradshaw
Deshawn Foster

Obviously, I need to improve. What are some examples of players I should look for in a trade with LT?

If you only start 2 RB's, you seem might trigger happy here.

LT, LJ and Ahmad Bradshaw is not that bad in a 12 teamer. LT is one of the only 'guaranteed to get carries, catches and TD's' around this year, why so anxious to deal him?

I'm so weak at WR I need to make some improvements. LJ's salary is at $34 on a cap of $150. Not too many people are interested in him. LT at $32 I'm getting offers like crazy.

i would trade LT for something like Marion Barber and 2 stud wideouts or westbrook and 1 stud wideout. And by stud i mean someone like Braylon Edwards.
