Who will be the Bengals Head Coach next season?

Postby dmacblue » Tue Aug 26, 2008 3:26 pm

I think this last week has been the straw that broke the camels back for Marvin Lewis.

Having Henry forced back upon him after saying he didnt want him back was slap in the face.

Now he is seemingly in the dark about Rudi.

All on top of the fact that he has underwhelmed as Head Coach.

Mike Zimmer to be promoted next season? :-?

Bill Cowher per chance???? :-?

Seems that Marvin is treading water as lame duck at this stage for sure. :-°

I was just about to mention that Bill Cowher could be the man. Didn't Cowher say that he wasn't retiring but only taking some time off? Of course Pittsburgh has their man now in Mike Tomlin, so Cincinnati could be a very possible fit for Cowher.

No chance Cower comes here. Bengals and Steelers hate each other, I would love it if he came, just don't see it happening.

A related question could be, who is going to be in the Bengals front office next year?

Bringing back Henry?

Dangling Rudi Johnson when they will get 20 cents on the dollar for him?

I think there is going to be a major overhaul in the front office with all the questionable decisions that have been made.

Ownership/front Office/ SCOUTING....It's all a shambles. I doubt any F.O changes will be made because they are Mike Brown people.

The franchise needs a clean sweep from the very top.
