I really don't know off the top of my head what rounds those guys will do in - you can check any number of online sources for ADP (average draft position) for that information.
Make sure you go into your draft with an updated draft guide so you know all your options.
Conventional wisdom is to load up as much at RB in possible and in your league that definitely holds true. No PPR, nothing special for QB scoring so RB is very important. If you have one of the first 6 picks *absolutely* take a RB then think about value with remaining picks.
This is where the draft guides help, as you cross guys off your lists as they get picked you'll be able to tell if a guy has fallen to where he'd be a great value pick.
If you can get a top QB early that's fine but don't be too eager to take a QB - you can win with a middle of the pack QB but if you wait on RBs you may be out of the picture before the season even starts.
Just standard advice really - load up at RB, be patient with your QB pick and think about value during your draft.

Thank you so much.

since passing touchdowns are only 4 points instead of 6, qb's can wait till later rounds, No?....i thought qb's where usally 6 points? or is the 4 points for qb's normal?

It can be either/or but honestly it doesn't affect how I draft very much. The difference between middle of the road QB's and better QB's still usually isn't as much as in other positions so you still have to lean towards loading up elsewhere. You can take a top QB if it's at a good value but *reaching* for a QB too early can kill you. I know it's ambiguous advice but you have to be flexible in a draft
