I think not, at least not yet. I hate both the LA schools, I do however find these adds hilarious. You've no doubt heard of or seen on Sportscenter this one...

A great rebuttal. I think it would be great if UCLA could become a power and rival USC, but they have a long ways to go still. As long as Carroll is there I don't see USC taking a step back.

Yep, and he was screwed by the NCAA, which I hate. I hope he does well just to shove up there butt. I do see UCLA being better, but as long as Carroll is there USC will be the best team there.
You'd have thought Neuheisel wouldn't be dumb enough to give $C bulletin board material in a year when his O-Line's going to have more holes than a block of Swiss cheese. I'd love to see him actually pull the ad off eventually, but for now I just smell a blowout come December.

I don't think Neuheisel came up with the ad. I am sure the school had an advertisement company do that. NCAA head coaches have more to do than make advertisements for ticket sales.
