nfl schedule vs. roster debate

Postby thegunslinger01 » Fri Aug 29, 2008 12:17 pm

I am in a fantasy league through epsn.com and we are all new to the game. The debate is when are the rosters due each week. The nfl schedule lists each week's games in this order: thurs, sat, sun, mon... which leads me to believe that you need to submit your weekly roster by thursday; however, the commissioner of our league thinks that the thur/sat games come after the sun/mon games (so the games are in this order instead: sun, mon, thur, sat) and therefore your roster needs to be in by the sunday start time. Who is correct?

You are right thegunslingler01. If theres a Thurs or Sat game then that comes first in the week schedule.

Yeah, Thursday thru Monday is the week. Just remember MNF is like the end of the week for the NFL.
