instead of having multiple threads about different games I thought it might be a good to discuss games in one thread by the week.

Anybody else see that blocked punt by ECU returned for a TD with 2 minutes left to go up on V-Tech by 5! First upset coming.... :-D

I think that penalty on the Bowling Green defender was horrible. The guy basically pumped his fists a few times. How could they call a penalty on that? Stupid rule IMO.

I definitely agree. The enforcement of this rule is going to be so inconsistent. I saw a lot of fist-pumping and on-field celebrating during the LSU - App State game from both sides, and nary a flag thrown.

I thought Virginia would be top 25 but SUC is mopping them up right now.

There are some dumb rules in college football.

Utah sacks Threet back at the 42 yard line, but grabs his face mask as they drag him down. They mark off the 15 yards from the original line of scrimmage, not the spot of the foul, so it ends up basically being a 30 yard penalty.

Yea Met I saw it coming. I won a lot of money on that 9.5 line -- insane the line they got IMO.

Utah looks very good. UF dominated after the first quarter. Beanie Wells injury will be interesting.

UVA was lucky in many wins last year IMO, and lost a lot of what made them good. A healthy USC team was bound to dominate them.
