need help picking a defense

I have not pick a defense yet in my leauge. which defense listed below is best and if you could give me some advice .
1. Seattle
2. Pittsburgh
3.Tampa Bay
4. Jacksonville

Truthfully, from the list, it depends on which one you feel comfortable with and if you prefer rooting for a team.

Of the list, I like Pitt and JAC, but I don't see much of an advantage either way. DEF changes from yr to yr and its harder to predict than the rest of the positions. For example, I think CAR will have a great DEF this year (may be the colored glasses from being a fan) plus I root for the team, so I waited until the next to last pick to take them as my defense. So it's great as I can root for the game in fantasy and real life. And nobody even looks in that team's defense's direction for fantasy.

I would advise to take whoever you are comfortable with and watch the WW. Some defense will surprise and be worth a pickup.

On your list I would go Jax ad Pit as numbers 1 & 2; I would rank both TB and Seattle about the same in 3rd.
