The San Francisco 49ers defensive line and linebackers.
The entire unit.
Completely shutting down the run.
Allowing nine (9!) 8-o total yards rushing in their 30-10 pasting of the St Louis Rams.
Unbelievable.

Torry Holt. 200 yds and a TD. That is a good game. Also, Dallas D.

Santana Moss was great but I'm going with Freeney. His two sacks/fumbles handed the game to Indiana giftwrapped. That's the best and most dominant defensive performance I've seen all year.

Gotta go with McNabb. Exploded with his first huge game of the season.

On defense, Freeney. Saved his team after his QB made a bad mistake.
