Very easy actually. Go to data> Create New Web Query (I think, if that doesn't work, look in the help file or online).
Then copy in the web address for the rankings page that Treat linked to above
Then click on the check box next to the table for the position you want to import.
Then it will import the names and you just have to copy and paste them around to get them to your specific liking.

OK, not incredibly easy, but not that bad if you already have Excel.

EDIT: Or click that link Treat made above and don't worry about it. :-b
