There's a [url] button above the textarea that you type in your reply, next to the bold, italic, underline buttons.

If you type in like this (without the underscores): [_url_=http://www.fantasyfootballcafe.com/link-to-my-thread]Some descriptive text[/_url_]

It should look like this: Some descriptive text
