can I manage two teams within the same league?

I just play free fantasy football and I am trying to set two teams for each of our five players. the problem is it doesnt seem to let me run both teams, even though both teams are there. anything helps

It probably requires a different email address/username to prevent people creating multiple teams in a public league and stacking one team with trades from the other.

Don't have much experience trying to work around that.
