The ESPN talking heads are saying between #9 and #12.

I agree, terrible call. They still should have protected the PAT better though. As a Washington follower this one hurts a bit.

Also, the ECU win makes me feel much better about the Hokies game last week. After watching today's VT-Furman game there is no doubt in my mind we would have won had Tyrod Taylor been playing. He's a playmaker, plain and simple, and makes up for an inadequate offensive line.

Absolutely. Never thought I would agree with Mike Patrick, but the rule is ridiculous. He was not taunting BYU, just celebrating with his teammates. It was a potential game-tying touchdown with :02 seconds left in the game against a ranked opponent. Cut the guy some slack.

So my wife went to the beach with her girlfriends this weekend which allowed me to watch college football all day. I must have watched 6 or 7 different games, and I swear I saw a missed extra point in every single game. What's with the ineptitude on such a basic play?!?

This excessive celebration crap has gotta go. Washington deserved the chance to play it out in OT.

I'm Impressed with the speed of the Miami D, if not for that incredibly bad punt at the beginning this could have been a field goal wins it type game the entire way.

Exciting finish to the UCF vs. USF game. Sad to think Miami is going to be the underdog to UCF.

Gotta admit that this was a pretty good day of football considering the way that the schedule looked.
