Question about some numbers stuff

I need assistance with some numbers here. I'm going to be doing a series of articles about some fantasy teams I have this year, and I'd like to use the Cafe's Start/Sit rankings to project wins and losses. What I need is some help thinking this through - how to apply the numbers, specifically. Anyone here good with numbers/averages - that kind of stuff?
