Domanick Davis Injury Update

Postby emaja » Tue Nov 04, 2003 2:36 pm

From Yahoo News and Notes...

"Nov 4 Updating previous reports, Joseph Duarte and Carlton Thompson, of the Houston Chronicle, report Houston Texans RB Domanick Davis (chest/ribs) is expected to practice on a limited basis on Wednesday, Nov. 5. Head coach Dom Capers said the team will use the practice to evaluate his status for Sunday's, Nov. 9, game against the Cincinnati Bengals."

It says at the bottom of the post. The Bengals. With that news I think I will drop Hollings.

Jimmy if you look to the left of this web page you'll notice that all the games are listed as well those teams on a bye.

Guys, I'm from Houston, and in the Chronicle, they interviewed DD and he make it clear in no uncertain terms that he would play this week. fyi.
p.s. i also knew he would be the starter 3 weeks ago before anyone else did...homefield advantage :)

If this injury is a "chest muscle strain" not torn, why would he not want to play. He's been the man for 3 weeks now. Would you not give every single effort to be the man again this week???
I personally don't think he is going to just ly down and hand over the rock to Stacy Mack. But then we also have to ask, is it the teams call or his if he is well enough to play????

Davis will be back, and he'll run all over Arizona. On just 12 carries against Carolina, he rushed for 72 yards - a 6 ypc average! He's fine, and will continue to improve
