I see 6 matchups that are a possibility, but they all have their flaws:
Titans (+1) at the Bengals - the Bengals seem to be that bad, but why is Vegas giving the Titans a point here? They'd only be a 2 point favorite on a neutral field? They must be seeing something I'm not, which scares me.
Giants at the Rams (+9) - I've taken them in one league already, and this is my favorite matchup. The Rams were simply awful against the Eagles, but the Giants didn't really look that good beating my Skins, it's just that we were that bad. Eli tried to through 4 INTs - if the Rams DBs can catch better than Rodgers and Smoot, the Giants could be in trouble.
49ers (+8) at the Seahawks - if the Seahawks had anybody left on offense, this would be a lock. But no Morris, no Nasty Nate, obvi no Engram or Branch. . .they have a bunch of rookies and Julius Jones on offense. For some reason this scares me, but this is going to be my second pick I think.
Steelers at the Browns (+6) - I took the Steelers in one league last week, but two words scare me off this one: division rivalry (not to mention on the road).
Packers at Lions (+3) - another division rivalry on the road. Also, Lions only getting +3? As good as the Packers looked (good, not great) and as bad as the Lions looked (banged by the Falcons, that's all you need to know if you didn't watch it), I'd think it should be more. Another case where Vegas is smarter than I am?
Miami (+7) at Arizona - simply put, I just don't trust the Cardinals. Miami also didn't look that bad, and I watched the entire game. This one scares me.
Summary: I'm in 3 leagues, and I'll probably take the Giants in two of them and the Hawks in the 3rd. This is a brutal week.
