Holy waiver wire pickups batman!

I usually help my friend out with waiver pickups since I'm always on top of the stats and who is hot... So he signs onto one of his Yahoo Public teams and look who he gets off waivers.

RB: Shipp, Dom Davis, Bennett
WR: C. Johnson, S. Moss, S. Smith

Shouldn't all of these guys have been gone 3 weeks ago if not drafted in the preseason? Why can't I get this lucky?

Thanks to waivers his starting line up:

QB: Culpepper
WR: Ward
WR: C. Johnson
WR: S. Moss
RB: Edge
RB: Davis
TE: McMichael
K: G. Anderson
DEF: KC

He has top 5-10 scorers at pretty much every position now. Talk about a dream come true. I told him to check waivers for Priest Holmes, cause you never know in this league.

He was already in 2nd place at this point. It looks like he is a shoe in for a winner's league next year, which I am hoping to get into. Looks like I only have one team out of my 3 yahoo publics with a reasonable shot.

QB: Bulger
WR: Holt
WR: S. Moss
WR: Porter
RB: Williams
RB: Bennett
TE: LJ Smith
K: Wilkins
DEF: KC

Bench
QB: Manning
WR: Walker
RB: Pittman, Buckhalter
TE: Graham
DEF: Philadelphia

I'm in 3rd place right now, but there's four teams with the same record, I'm just doing well in points right now. *crosses fingers*

sometiems a small league with the occasional person who isn't aware can be fun. But someone in my 12 team league dropped heap today for becht. And this considering that the number one team posted that he would be willing to trade some seriosu assets for a top te. well, now he doesn't have to as he has very high waiver priority. I am debating picking up and dropping players jsut to hide it from view on the first screen. or trying to finagle a situation with someone one spot higher. but i don't really need heap either.
