Surfer boy, played for Buffalo,TB,Washington that I remember...has a problem of taking sacks rather than throwing the ball away.

He's the guy who ran Flutie out of Buffalo. Good to play your DEF against him because he seems to love getting sacked...

...Assuming he finds a spot on a team that would actually use him.

He was a backup in Tampa Bay last year, methinks. Recently released by the Redskins in favor of Tim Hasselbeck.

Are you speculating that he may be the next QB in the Raiders continuing youth movement? With their O-line somebody better notify his next of kin. He's so slow that the Raiders geriatric WRs could out run him!

Didn't coaches used to teach QBs to just take the sacks rather than throw the ball away only for it to be intercepted? Maybe that was before they got lax on intentional grounding, like how now it's okay outside the tackle. I remember Marino and Montana getting sacked all the time and that somehow being considered the smart thing. "Just go down, rather than throw it away."

Or do I remember incorrectly (which is certainly possible)?

Raiders signed him today. My spider senses are telling me that the Raiders are play-off bound. Rob Johnson is a fantasy QB stud!

You must be nuts... Rob Johnson is the worst back-up in the league (in my opinion)... He loves to drop back 10 yards and if nothing is there he just runs straight out of bounds for a 10 yard loss or takes a sack.... He's an idiot...

Plindsey88... relax, I think he is joking. You are joking right?

lol. I picked him up in my league, then put him next to the wall at my house and drove golf balls at him for about 3 hours so he could get use to being beaten to death. One tough cookie with that head ban on. Now that is a joke Plindey88, I'm sure of it.
