Now is the time to get MICHAEL Bush

Postby Azrael » Mon Sep 15, 2008 10:28 pm

I have a feeling Fargas is going to be done for a little while atleast with that groin. Once he comes back there likely won't be any PT for him unless either Bush or McFadden have fallen to injury. Obviously Oak-town sucks passing the ball. They have no real threat. Their 2 best weapons are Bush and Run DMC. I'd expect Kiffin to start getting these guys both on the field more. At the very least you Bush is a probably a good 3rd back now. Should McFadden get hurt Bush will become a high end No. 2. He's still a FA in all of my leagues and I'm trying to figure out how to atleast get him on all of my teams.

I don't think Michael Bush has much value. Oak is not going to blow out anymore teams this season. Run DMC was tired from his 150+ yards against a very terrible Chiefs defense. Maybe get him for bye weeks and injuries but I think you should pick up Warrick Dunn before you get Michael Bush.

Man, he disappeared but reemerged. I have so much depth at RB in my leagues I cant really pick him up, but I would think hed be the one that will get goal line carries. As a matter of fact, expect him to be QB in 3 weeks ;-D (played it in high school and was backup in college a bit)

I think Micheal Bush's value will be good until Kiffen is gone.

Kiffen likes him a lot, and once a new coach takes over I think Bush's chances will be limited.

Totally agree. Kiffen loves him, and for good reason, but Davis wants McFadden touching the ball at all times. Whoever comes in will do what Davis wants and that means maybe even moving Bush back to FB like they tried earlier this year. It is sad he is on that team with a buffoon for an owner who can't see talent in front of his face.
