CBS glitch? Have 2 trades confirmed for same player!?!

So, apparently I have 2 trades confirmed for the same player. One of them I offered accidentally, and the other was legitimately accepted.

The first was offered at 1PM and was Aaron Rodgers for Dominick Rhodes, Straight up. Needless to say a bunch of vetoes came up and I see it has now reached the max number of vetoes and is pending commish approval...

MEANWHILE, another trade, which is packaged A. Rodgers others for Marshawn Lynch (the one I WANT!), currently only has 1 objection and is still in the voting period. That trade was proposed 3 hours later.

What is going to happen here? I have tried emailing the customer support but they are clueless... please god someone tell me I didn't get the screwjob of a lifetime trading aaron rodgers for dominick rhodes??!?!

hate to bump my own post... but this is driving me crazy... anyone?

That happened in my league last year and the first trade accepted went through. But both trades were legit and weren't vetoed, that may change things.
