I am in a league that is extremely QB heavy, 1pt per completion, 6 pts per passing TD, 1 pt. per 50 yds passing. PPR, with 1 pt. per 20 yds rushing/receiving.

I am in a world of hurt at QB, with Palmer and Bulger. One of the owners missed the draft and has Eli, Rodgers, and Romo. He is also the AP owner.

I offered Chester Taylor (who i really did not want to give up, because he stands to have great value before the season is over) and Bulger for Eli Manning. The Manning owner accepted.

The trade was overturned immediately. Is this an unfair trade? Does it not help both teams involved? What grounds is there for overturning this trade?

Your league is BS and I'd make sure they know that. I'd never join a league filled with the babies that yours is.

they just vetoed this trade because it makes both your teams better. there is no place for that in fantasy football. i know its a dick move but if stuff like this was happening i would drop out.

Same here, it always seems to have results like this, but if your already in it nothing you can do...That trade should not be overturned, if they don't let it go through I would seriously consider quitting the league.

Agreed.

Trades should only be vetoed if cheating/collusion is suspected.....period. As padrino said, it helps both teams which is why the trade was vetoed. That's not an acceptable reason for vetoing a trade. Every league I'm in has the commish or co-commishes pass/veto trades. Noone I play with would ever cheat/collude so we never have trades vetoed. I wouldn't quit in the middle of a season, but I would let my voice be heard and then not play next year unless changes were made. Good luck! ;-D
