One thing's for certain. The Eagles rush defense is for real. They stopped Barber last week and Parker this week. A good sign considering they were miserable last year at stopping the run.

I'm kinda glad Philly brought the Steelers and us fans out of la la land thinking that the offensive line might not be so bad. Now the team can acknowledge it as a major weakness and figure out how to fix it (if that's even possible).

That is something that is awesome to hear and see. Run defense being strong is something the Eagles haven't had for a good while

Eagles were top 10 in rush d last year. This year, it looks devastating though. Actually the D in general looked devasting. Too bad the O couldn't add to it. Nice win though.

You're right. They were 7th in 07. I had nightmares of 2006 when they were 26th.

#77 Marvel Smith should be benched after this game. I counted 4 straight plays where he deflected someone who got pressure on Big Ben. It was like me standing there and saying go for it... Kill our Franchise.

I don't understand how the O line could play so bad... and when you are driving to try to put a winning drive together at the end of the game the O lIne just allows people to run right through them. That was a shame and Marvel should apologize to Big Ben and the rest of the team for that shotty performance.
