Please Help. Did Santonio Holmes have an INT?

Postby spider09 » Sun Sep 21, 2008 11:01 pm

My wife's FFB game depends on this one play. NFL.com has it listed that Holmes made an INT. Can someone let me know if this actually happened or is a mistake. Thanks.

Did you check the play-by-play?

It's a mistake, the two Steelers interceptions came from McFadden and Polamalu.

Kind of hard for a Steelers offensive player to have an interception. :-b

Yeah, I think its a mistake. I checked the play by play. Its just weird that Yahoo and NFL have Holmes for 3 more points than his rec/ret/rush pts. On the NFL site it said Holmes made an INT. I couldn't think of a way this would happen unless it was a hail mary at the end of the half but Holmes is short so that didn't even make sense. If anyone knows a "strange play" that Holmes may have been involved in to account for a few extra points please let me know. If not, thanks anyway.
