Muncie, IN (Sports Network) - Ball State wide receiver Dante Love will never play again after suffering a cervical spine fracture and a spinal cord injury during Saturday night's 42-20 victory at Indiana.

Later it says he is expected to live a normal and healthy life after a rehab period.

Very sad :,-( :,-(

One of the sad realities of the game. Too bad. Hope he does have a good, long life.

I hope he does too. I am a little weary when people say someone is expected to live a happy healthy life after a rehabilitation period. It always makes you think it is up in the air if he really is expected to be ok.

Not that it matters, but on a football note, this guy was awesome to watch play and it will be sad to not get to watch him play again.
