I have been in a yahoo league with people from work for 4 years now and have never had a problem with max number of moves allowed. This year we have a new comish and he set the max to 10 moves. Am I crazy or is this low. What is standard? i don't want to bitch if no else thinks it's an issue. I have already made 6 moves and my bye weeks have just started and of course shockey is going out for surgery..
Yahoo 10 team, standard scoring, PPR, 1 qb, 2 rb, 3 wr, 1w/r, 1 w/t, 1 k, 1 def QB - Manning, Warner RB - Westbrook, Brown, J Jones, Perry, S Morris, J Stewart WR - Fitz, Welker, Coles, Galloway, Gage TE - Shockey K - Crosby D - Patriots
thats way too low. i dont see what the point of limiting roster moves is. it only protects teams that may have had a better draft or dont get hit by injuries.

Absolutely, and especially not as low as 10...You need to speak up about that issue, I'm past 10 moves in almost every league I'm in, that means you can't even play the WW each week for a kicker and a defense if you would like to, that definately should be changed.

Is this your new commish's 1st year playing fantasy or something? 10 moves might not even be enough to handle bye weeks and injuries alone, nevermind *gasp* making moves to try and actually improve your team. He apparently wants to draft his team then set it on autopilot the rest of the year and not actually play fantasy football. Stupid...

Commissioner = 100% clueless.
Agreed. I know some owners that make more than 10 moves in a week. I never understood why limiting the # of moves is even an option.

10 moves in a week??? They must spend hours when trying to buy something..."I want this TV...NO WAIT, let me return it for THAT TV....NO WAIT, this third TV looks even better!"
Thanks to deluxe_247 for sig, he is welcome to sail with the Captain too! I will win all of the fantasy cafe games.....next year

10 might be a slight exaggeration...but not off by much. One of my leagues has 30 man rosters where we start 7 IDP's. Add a WW ho like Kilroy ( ) and 7-8 moves in a week isn't out of the question.
