Standard Y! Scoring but with a keepers rule, where you can keep a player who was drafted, but must give up a draft pick 2 rounds ahead of where you were drafted (Eg. if you drafted Mike Vanderjagt in the 10th round this year, you could have him for an 8th next year).

In brackets are the round where they wer drafted.

Team A gets:
Laurence Maroney (2, unkeepable)
Chad Johnson (3, costs a 1 to keep)

Team B gets
Fred Taylor (5, 3rd next year)
DeSean Jackson (9, 7th next year)
Rashard Mendenhall (6, 4th next year)

That trade is fine to go through, no veto needed.

Who vetoed the trade? Is your league set to league votes for veto? This is the reason why I never play in leagues like this and use commissioner only vetoes. This keeps teams from vetoing out of jealousy or spite. If your league is going to act in this manner, I would bring up the grounds for vetoing and let them know the only time a trade should be vetoed is if there is collusion involved. If they don't abide by this, no trades will go through in your league. Good luck.
