A.J. Smith has hired Matt Millen as an offensive coordinator and draft consultant signing him to a 10 year contract worth $40 million.
"Norv has been outstanding and now with Matt helping out with draft decisions we feel we will be able to fully realize Norv's vision for the team much sooner." Said Smith. His crack dealer had no comment.
