What's up w/ Mcnabb. He was puttin up HUGE #'s for me and lately, he's been much less than spectacular. I'm thinking about trying to trade him for Bledsoe or someone else who you can count on for huge passing yards and Tds, as well, such us Bledsoe. I'd hate to trade him and see him tear the league up again, but I guess right now I'm just venting, because I just got through watching the game. Who would've thunk it.. :-/

its a fact of fantasy football life that your main guys don't put up big #'s every week, and they have slumps just like any other athlete in any other sport. i know,,i have jimmy smith, terrell owens and ahman green and this week they have combined for a whopping total of 20 points!! probably going to contribute to me losing to a team i should have beat and costing me sole possession of first place. am i going to dump them?? NO!!! I traded Bledsoe because I felt that he won't put up the big #'s down the stretch,,tough schedule and BAD weather up there in Buffalo I feel will hurt him towards the end of the year. I've never been a fan of McNabb's and if you want to trade him I'd look to make a 2 for 2 trade. Look for somebody less at QB,,like Vick and try to make a big improvement in the position u need it most.

By trading for someone "lesser" at qb, or someone like Vick, I would be in the same situation as I am right now. I was comparing styles, such as a Qb like Mcnabb, who will give you a huge game now and then, but when the running yards don't pan out, the passing yards are usually pretty mediocre. Someone like Bledsoe will put up 300 plus passing yards every week along with a couple of scores. I hope it doesn't sound, as you implied, that I want to go and trade away one of my stars because of a "bad day," I was wondering what would be more beneficial to my team between different styles at the position, which has been debated in the game alot the past few years.

first of all if u think drew has been or will put up 300+ and 2 tds every week i suggest you check out nfl.com for the stats. since i traded drew i have made out better with a mcnair/vick combination. what i meant by trading for a"lesser" qb is that by giving up mcnabb for a more lightly regarded qb(but one that will give you equal points) then you could offer a rb or wr and get one back that is an upgrade for your team. also, who cares about styles in fantasy football.
