16 taam realistic dynasty league needs replacement owner

Hi, the UPFDA is a 16 team dynasty league that has been very competative but has had one owner drop out...

This league has contracts, salary caps, a 4 round rookie draft, franchise tags, transition tags, restricted free agents, unrestricted free agents, and an offseason auction style free agency period. This is as close to being a real GM as you can get.
