I'm watching part 3 and 4 of WWII in HD tonight. Some of the polished footage is fantastic. I saw a preview for The Pacific from the same people who put out Band of Brothers, it'll be on HBO too and looks awesome.
Also the preview for America due out in 2010 on History looks awesome too.

I will eventually catch it either on demand or DVD when it releases I just don't have the time with the shows I watch now and life stuff. I love WWII stuff and docs so I am definitely going to catch it at some point.

It kind sucks theyre playing these all out in a week too, back-to-back-to-back. Working full-time in a restaurant, kinda hard to catch a show at 9 and 10 every night. Im gonna have to catch up with most of these On Demand too.
Still surprised there arent more viewers, I had been looking forward to this for so long.
The cool thing about it is they are airing the editions from the previous night before the new ones that start at 9pm. So starting at 7pm tonight they aired part 7 and 8, then at 9pm they'll air part 9 followed by the finale. It's perfect for me because I keep falling asleep during the later episode.

At least we got two seasons this time Joss..
It's pretty funny to me that you're watching this m16a at 17 years old. You probably weren't alive when the originial TV series was released, but I remember watching it as a teenager and loving it. It was really popular back then, which is probably why they try to bring it back. I think this is the 2nd time they tried.
