1. Larry Johnson will be inactive again this week. There is no league action on his alleged assault (yet), but Herm is sitting him again.
2. Both Croyle and Huard are officially on IR. The team's depth chart now has Tyler Thigpen as the starter with Ingle Martin and the newly signed Quinn Gray as the back ups. If that is not the worst collection of QBs in the history of the NFL, it has to be close. I will be shocked if the Chiefs don't make a run at the fewest points scored in a season.
to be fair TG has quietly been putting together a solid season and Bowe is very consistent in PPR leagues, I'll glady hijack this thread to ask and Cafe members reading if Kolby Smith or Charles might be worth a pickup this week against the Jets?
my AD is on bye and Bush is injured, and with FWP out leaving MeMo basically useless, I'm looking at the wire to grab one of these guys K. Smith @ Wash, Fred Taylor, Ahman Green, LeRon McClain/Ray Rice, Pierre Thomas/Stecker, Faulk or Morris

Wow...absolutely shameless.
Anyway, I completely agree with losing any and all Chiefs players as soon as humanly possible. Trade that Gonzo and Bowe for anything that you can get for them before others realize how bad it's about to get.
I have to say I still think Bowe is worth grabbing if you can get him on the super-cheap. He's gonna get the ball thrown his way 15 times a game...or more. He's gonna catch some of them atleast.

Gonzalez is the only play as he will still get mop up time passes and tossed to as they come from behind all day and whatever qb is in has to throw short when there is no other options.

It wasn't that bad was it?.... I mean itISa thread entitled Warning to anyone owning Chiefs players!

agreed. despite the constant change at QB, and L. Johnson doing ... whatever, Bowe is a top #25 WR in my PPR league. (Actually ranked #24 among WR's - one ahead of P. Burress)
That being said, I still can't trade him for a bag of peanuts.
