agreed. despite the constant change at QB, and L. Johnson doing ... whatever, Bowe is a top #25 WR in my PPR league. (Actually ranked #24 among WR's - one ahead of P. Burress)

That being said, I still can't trade him for a bag of peanuts.

I got DeSean Jackson for him a few weeks back after DeJax got shut down vs Washington, we also award 1 pt/25 return yards so he gets a little extra value there too, some might argue it's a iffy trade, but I like the upside of DeJax being in a good system with a solid QB and feel that their baseline is about the same. Curtis returning does reduce his value some one would assume, but that remains to be seen

Dwayne Bowe doesn't need a QB to throw him the ball. The QB just throws the ball in the air and Bowe uses his legs to move the earth into position catch the ball - which hits him square in the chest and falls harmlessly to the ground.

I'd take K. Smith - but in a PPR league Jamaal Charles would be a nice flyer.

I have to disagree about Gonzo and Bowe. It's not like the Chiefs just went from Brady to Thigpen. They have basically had miserable QB's all season long and we're in for more of the same. We just happen to know who the miserable QB will be now. But so far in PPR, Gonzo is the 3rd ranked TE based on avg ppg and Bowe is the 15th ranked WR based on avg ppg.

Thigpen also got plenty of PT in week 2 and week 7. Gonzo put up 14 points in week 2 and 15 points in week 7 with Thigpen at the helm. Bowe put up 15 points week 2 and 15 points week 7. Both players actually put up more points those weeks than they are averaging for the season.

So I will go on the record now as saying Gonzo's and Bowe's production will not change drastically with Thigpen at the helm moving forward. And as someone else said, both Gonzo and Bowe will get plenty of garbage points late in games with how behind the Chiefs figure to be in most games.

Well I must be the first to say that having your foot in your mouth isn't a pleasant experience. At least for this game, Thigpen is looking good. I wouldn't have believed it if I wasn't seeing it, but I gotta give him his props.

And, for the record, Gonzo and Bowe had good days again.
