Hey guys,
I have been running a league with the same people in it for about 7 years now and i am planning on changing the rosters.
I want to incorporate a flex position into the league. So i was wondering what the most common way to do Flex's was.
Currently we run: (PPR league too)
1 QB
2 RB
3 WR
1TE
1 K
1 Def/st
So i was thinking i would drop a WR slot and open it to be a flex that can be a WR or RB. Or dropping the TE slot and making it a flex that could be TE/WR/RB. The problem i have with the second one, is if someone gets 4 good WR's they are going to be a tough team to beat.
What does everyone suggest?

I'm in one where it's standard settings but we have a utility player that can be any position so most people try to start 2 QB's (passing TD's worth 6). I'd just have the league discuss it and decide what they want to do. The key is to make sure that the math works. I once saw a question about a 20 team league that started 2 QB's.
