Steve Slaton - Long-Term Potential

Despite actually being reasonably competitive this year, I'm packing it in because of a massive hole at one of my RB spots. There is trash available on the waiver wire and the guys I'm rotating into the spot are trash.

I'm thinking about going after Slaton because he is one of the only rookies that went pretty cheap in the auction as he was not yet projected to start -- thus his long-term contract price will be reasonable.

Any thoughts on his long-term potential? I've only seen him play in limited batches but his numbers look good and he definitely has kick. But with his size, does he project to be eventually be a feature back or just a change of pace guy?
