There is nothing even potentially collusive about this trade IMO - it is absolutely unvetoable...
MBIII is more valuable than CJ4.24, Wayne is obviously more valuable than Marvin at this point, and the backup RBs are a wash (maybe with a slight advantage to DeAngelo, but he is still very hit and miss - both are nothing more than flex plays IMO). This is a pretty darned even trade in all formats, and I don't think a difference in taste is reason for a veto.
