Week 10 Games Talk

2 Big Games with big implications

Here is Rivals 5 to watch:
If you have errands to run Saturday, do them in the morning. You can probably give your remote control a rest, too.

Beyond two must-see games – Florida-Georgia at 3:30 p.m. and Texas-Texas Tech at 8 p.m. – it's a quiet week.

Penn State is off. It's homecoming for Alabama and USC. Even ESPN's Thursday night Big East game is subpar – Cincinnati and South Florida lost last week.

Northwestern/Minnesota is a decent game, although it would have been better had the Wildcats won last week. But I am not going to pretend like a battle for third in the Big 10 is a big game. :-b

Not necessarily for 3rd. A fluke loss by OSU could make this a game for 2nd.

What's sad is that Saturday marks the revival of one of college football's greatest rivalries, but nobody is talking about it because Nebraska sucks and they don't play Oklahoma every year anymore.

Stupid Big XII for ruining one of the greatest series ever. :-t

How does the Big 12 rotate teams that play in the other division?

The SEC has 5 intra-division games, then 1 rivalry game where you play that team every year (FL-LSU, UGA-Auburn, Bama-Tenn, etc...), then 2 games that rotate between the other 5 schools where you do a home and home and then rotate on to a different team.
