Frustrated with league!!!

It appears I'm in a league where NO ONE trades!!! I've been in this league for years and all of a sudden, no one wants to trade. There's a team who doesn't even have a starting rb (due to injuries). I made offers to trade him Portis for one of his wrs and he declined. I've made numerous offers to teams who need help and nobody does anything. I even had the comissioner question me on this. He even made a trade offer to the team with no starting rb's and he declined. Isn't it his responsibility to monitor things like this??

As far as that particular manager not caring about their team, you could think about replacing them next year with someone you think would try to watch over their team more.

But for the league in general not trading a lot, you just happened to be grouped in with a bunch of people who don't like to trade. Some leagues are like that, some aren't.
