I promise you they care because of this simple question, "We had 10 days to prepare for the worst defense in the league and didn't score a TD until the second half? What the f are we going to do against the #1 defense in the league next week?"

Imagine you own the Chargers and wake up in the middle of the night asking yourself that question.

Ambien anyone?

Sadly Bolt fans, this is a guy who most didn't think would ever get another head coaching job only to be hired by a GM who likes him. Don't expect that GM to suddenly stop liking him. They will shift blame to Merriman's injury and Eddie Pipes officiating blunder.

Besides, they are in a really weak division. No reason to think they couldn't overcome the Broncos.

As this week proves: even when Norv coaches a decent game (despite the utterly rutterless clock management at the end of the first half) the Chargers loose. He's a jinx too!

And don't forget the complete stupidity in the 4th quarter timeout he called to give Peyton & Co. 1:38 rather than under a minute to march down the field for an oppurtunity at a game winning FG.

Turner shouldn't be allowed to coach Pop Warner.
